Hi All,
any idea where to pickup a shoe tree?
Or, any other tips on preserving the life of a pair of shoes?
Cheers,

Don't bother with the plastic ones. Get a decent pair made of cedar as the wood absorbs moisture, nice scent added, and will fill out shoe better. No need to spend heaps as you can get these at most cobblers.

You can get a cedar wood shoe tree by Florsheim at Wing On shoe's department in Hong Kong. Last time I check it was about HK$300. You might be able to find it less expensive elsewhere.
The shoe tree for Alden at Tassel at The Landmark is about $400-500 which looks the same to me as the one from Florsheim, likely from the same factory in the US, Rochester Shoe Tree Company, Ashland, NH, USA. The shoe tree for Church is about $700+ last time I asked.
I read somewhere you might be able to get away with just one as the shoe really needs it the first two hours after you take the shoe off. Not sure about this issue though.
