i've tried Thai simple, it's not bad ,especially good for young ppl cos with live music, but i prefer the food in the one in Lee Theatre 6/F.and more quiet for mature ppl.

Well I don't think that the Thai food at 'J.J.s' at the Grand Hyatt in Wanchai can be beaten. It is authentic, fresh and delicious so if you want something special, go there. The setting and service are both excellent! For 2 entrees, 2 main meals, 2 desserts and two drinks it cost us about HK$850 which is not too expensive for that type of quality.

at kolwoon City, the corner of Nan Kwok Rd , not excatly a resturant.., alone the street with foldup table, no table cloth etc... Cooked by a group of thai housewives, real thai home cooking, nice food, and cheap. u may see rat too....
for 2...u hardly spend over hk$200

I think Lotus on Pottinger St (modern thai / asian) wins hands down compared to the ones listed. Went the other night and the food was exceptional and balanced. I am told that they make their own pastes fresh daily, apparently the others buy it out of a tub. Need I say more????
