We paid HKD100 for the card last December but it was delivered to our flat. Anyway, there is a legal Dream but you have to pay RMB5800. Their office is in Shanghai.

Has anyone been to Ap Liu Street to get new card for Dream. My has just run out and was there during the day about month ago but couldnt find the place or if anyone knows of company that will bring card to you that would be great also.
