Expat222, are you sure YWCA teaches it in Cantonese?.... They told me the teacher was a gwaipor (all credit to her if her Cantonese is good enough to teach Pilates!).

The instructors at In-Motion are Cantonese speaking. Private sessions and classes can be held in either English or Cantonese.
