Hi there,
I need help - I don't know what terminology to use and am hoping for some minor electrical advice.
I don't have enough 'normal' outlets in my place. But there are some outlets that are made for plugs with 3 round prongs instead. I think it is the BS 546 standard. Is it possible to get a plug adaptor to convert this into the regular plug (by regular, I mean the standard UK and HK plug) you can plug say, an iron into?
Thanks!

The aircon shop at 312 Queens Road West in Sai Ying Pun has them. But I guess that's not much help if it turns out you're in Lantau or Sai Kung.

They're in that window in Sai Ying Pun to the left of the door - all sorts of different round pin and square adaptors. Unless they've had a run on them since 1.15 this afternoon...! It's the stretch of QRW between Centre St and Western Street.
