Membership use to be $250,000HK annually for individuals but not sure what it is now.
Best bet is to call and get the info from the source and see if they are accepting new members.
Aberdeen Marina Club is worth a look into as well.

Pinnacle is 60,000 a year.
you can renew for up to 4 years.
Then at the end of the 4 years, you pay the difference of the full individual membership (currently 388,000).
This is only open to American passport holders.
There are a few other installment plans too, but they have interest payments as well.
Remember,there are also the monthly membership dues which are now 2,200 HKD a month.
Alternatices are the weekday only memberships available and other options - Betty at the membership office can talk you through them.

whhooh - $388,000 is alot of money...then you have the monthly 'fees' plus any food and beverage you eat while there - is parking included?
That is such a high price to swim, play tennis, eat and socialise. You could go on holidays for many times for that money and stay in really nice places and eat lots of nice food, - it is a deposit on a house or flat in HK, it is about 3 ordinairy cars, the membership fee alone would feed our family of 6 for nearly 3 years....
Clubs in HK are outrageous.

If you or your spouse play sports you can look into getting a sports membership at HKFC, KCC or HKCC. This will run you in the region of HK$20-30K, possibly less, but have a requirement that you play sports for them for 2-4 years. Sports that are generally eligible are hockey, rugby, cricket, football, netball, squash. All 3 of these clubs have swimming pool, tennis, and dining facilities.

The KCC sporting membership is $20k, for full membership but no voting rights, (normal membership is $81k), just pick up the forms from reception, but you have to be nominated and seconded by members I think (not 100% sure about that). You then have an interview with the committee. Monthly fees are $1k a month, car park $1,500 a year. Facilites include swimming pool with pool side cafe for drinks/snacks, tennis courts, squash, gym, badmington, ten pin bowling, football, cricket, lawn bowls, coffee shop, restaurant, bar.
