Anyone knows if it's possible if I want to extend my visa but only for tourist / visitor purpose? Right now I have training visa until Oct but I want to stay more after my traineeship finished. Thanks in advance!

you can simply go to the 5th floor of immigration tower in Wan Chai and fill in a form for extening your visa. As I was told you only need to explain why you want to stay longer in HK and you can even choose until when you want to stay in HK (given that you have a good reason to support that request). Or like TC said, you can just re-enter HK.
