I've heard good things about travelling to Thailand for cheap and good surgery of all kinds. Medical tourism is a huge business there and apparently of an extremely high standard. I was told to fly and stay there in a nice hotel is cheaper than anything done in HK. I have had a nose job - it was for medical reasons but cosmetic surgery was also required as a result - anyway I do recommend staying close to medical help for about 2 weeks is a good idea just in case, about 10 days after the surgery I had some problems and the surgeon was required to fix them. That was just my experience but I don't regret it at all - it changed my life.
