I've been an avid fan of Veet's cold wax (the ready-to-use wax strips) for a longggg time but I find it impossible to use them in HK!! The wax's simply toooo wet coz of the weather...it sticks to the skin and hair removing is a complete failure.
Any suggestions? Better brands, a trick or two? I'm a student and can't afford to go to salons but I can't imagine going back to shaving or using hair removal cream either...argh!

why not try one of the indian places that waxes for you, i think arms, legs and underarms cost about 110. about the same cost as the veet wax strips?!

hkindian, $110 for arms legs and underarms does sound very reasonable...do you have the name and the address of the place, and do they do bikini waxing too?
