I went to Bangkok International Dental Clinic and they were fantastic. It is very big, specialists in every area, internet, newspapers, coffee, tea etc in large waiting room. Very friendly and helpful. Search for them on the web.

I go to the Dental Hospital in Bangkok and can recommend it. I don't think it's expensive compared to HKG.
