We are moving to a new flat, building just next to our current building. So we don't need movers and everything, just need to find some of those wooden 'skate board' that the movers usually use, and maybe a couple of strong guys to help with the fridge and other big stuff.
Does any one have a contact for this ?

the guard or the maintenance guy in the building should be able to help you. when i moved out, i asked the guard if there's a rolling board i could borrow. he pointed me to the storage room. the maintenance guy also helped. they didn't want to accept money so i put the money in the laisee and gave it to them.
by the way, have you tried contacting the man with the van? i'm sure they'll offer you a pretty cheap deal...
