SPACE has some in Cantonese (you didn't specify language).
For information on stocks, bonds, derivatives, etc. and an eLibrary, try the SFC's investor education portal. It doesn't have all types of investment as it's an SFC website.

There are usually a few seminars held in HK by overseas visitors who 'guarantee' that if you follow their methods for investing in stocks/property/etc. you'll be mega rich. These are usually advertised in newspapers and free magazines. Visit them at your own risk.
