Also at the top of the steps (Pottinger?) where they meet Lyndhurst Terrace in Central there is a street shop with tons of costumes. Kitty corner to ITO Futon

Pottinger street is definitely your best bet for cheap and easy options. Can either buy a ready made costume or lots of bits and pieces to make your own!
