I heard there is a way to alter the shape of your nose, not by the typical surgical method of inserting silicone etc but using an injection followed by the doctor "moulding/massaging" certain parts of your nose.. I am interested in narrowing the sides of my nose - Has anyone heard of this please?

It's called Restylane, although I'm not sure it'll narrow the sides of your nose, as it acts like a filling so it will likely give you a higher nosebridge.
What you are after sounds like something that can only be altered surgically. Of course, it doesn't hurt to research, you might just come up with something right for you.

I'm not sure what the injection is called but i've seen it done on my facial lady. Her nose did look higher and nicer. But she is quite pretty already, so i don't think it makes such a huge diff. She had it done for about hk5,000 at one of the beauty place at soundwill plaza across from time square in causeway bay. However it only lasted for 4 mths before another injection.
personally i don't quite buy this.

what you are asking for is not meant to narrow the side of your nose. The procedure you asking for is alarplasty and that involves surgery and recovery time.
If you are asian-please do not go for the caucasian high bridge as it looks so darn fake and does not sit well on a delicate asian face,to me silicon inserts look like a bungalow parked on one's nose.I've seen a few young Singaporeans make fools out of themselves by going for cheap surgery and having to look 'unnatural' and 'wierd' the rest of their lives.
I know someone who did the restylane sort of injection on her bridge and it lasted barely 2 months and and the hole in her pocket was still there at the end of 2 months and no more bridge.

I had my nose injection done in a clinic in Causeway Bay few weeks ago. They have a plastic surgeon and also a very good doctor, the result is really good. very natural too.
