Hi all,

I am about to introduce solid to my little 6mos old baby, and am wondering which brand of rice cereal in the market is better? Currently I am trying the Nestle rice cereal sample pack, but heard that the sodium content is higher.

Tks,

Fel

We use the organic whole grain brown rice cereal - either earth's best or healthy times.

Aaah, the stock issue - yes, the supermarkets rarely seem to be fully stocked.

Try ParkNShop online, CitySuper, HealthGate (online or at their shop)

We now use the whole grain multi grain one (with rice, oatmeal, barley, etc...) and whenever I see it in stock buy a few boxes!

we started with nestle but found it too sweet.

then we use bellamy (from australia) or organix (UK). now we do not feed rice cereal anymore, just oatmeal porridge from bellamy for brekkie!

I use Nestle, Milupa, Organix, Healthy Times, Farex....

My baby likes Milupa and Nestle the most......

But at least he is willing to eat.... he eats the other "healthy" cereal... but less in portions for sure.
