Put an ad at the labour dept., you have plenty of experienced drivers in Hong Kong looking for jobs.
Hiring them through the labour dept ensures you that they are Hong Kong people. This way, you are ensured that they will live "outside".
Salary depends on the driver's experience, but generally it is about HKD8,000.
