Chinese tuition teacher

I'm looking for someone to start teaching my son to speak and write Chinese. It can be Cantonese or Mandarin but the idea is to get him started on Chinese characters. My budget is not more than $200/hour (hopefully lower of course). Does anyone have good teachers to recommend?

I also need a Chinese tutor for my 4 year old daughter as upcoming year in K2 for her school... lots of homework is expected. Her present tutor is excellent, but she's not teaching as of August this year anymore because she got a full time job.
