Hello to everyone,
Im looking at moving over to Hong Kong to set up a business, but it is poker not at any time will there be gambling taking place though players would be playing for prizes. Do i need a visa to do this? How hard would it be to obtain a visa? And what costs would there be at setting up a company?
Sorry for all the questions!
If no one can help me who would be the best people to talk to about setting up a company?

I suggest a visa will be the least of your worries. Money or not, playing poker for prizes is gambling (unless you are giving away the prizes for free, and the participants do not pay to be in the game - although I can't see how such a business model will generate revenue). The Hong Kong Jockey Club is the only entity in HK that is lisenced to allow gambling.
Try another country - perhaps a good start would be the one you currently reside in. I hear they play lots of non gambling "games" (where you pay money and can win prizes) in Japan...try there perhaps...
