Can my landlord break our lease?

Can my landlord break our lease? We signed for 2 years with a no break clause on both sides and we are coming up to the end of the first year.

Can he break this if he intends to move into the house himself? There is no reference to this in the lease but wondered if it was allowed no matter what the lease states.

Thanks

Can my landlord arrange for property agents to see the flat I'm renting, to sell at anytime?

I don't think the owner could move in during the valid period, according to the Chinese law. you can let Police to help you when you are in need. you might suggest/let the owner to take legal procedure to solve your dispute.
