I just moved into a 2500 sq foot flat. I'm looking for a designer who knows his/her way around in HK in terms of working with contractors and getting orders fulfilled at discount. I'm not looking for anything lavishing but with some personality and imagination. I'm in Shatin NT. Thanks.
