I am looking for someone who can help me with a confidentiality agreement. Previously worked and lived in the US and feel I was not personally paid the full amount to myself in the agreement. I cannot afford heaps of money but really need some good advice.
Thanks

Ha Ha Ha. Sorry, I'll stop laughing now - you want really good advice without paying for it? WEll here's some crappy advice for free: It don't exist! But we'll try anyway:
1. Read the agreement. It should be bloody clear exactly what you are entitled to. If it is not, then you have a lousy agreement. Why did you sign it?
2. If, after reading your agreement, you still feel you have a case, try phoning/writing to your ex-employer about the situation. They may have made a mistake - who knows? Have you communicated with them AT ALL about this situation???
3. Question: If your ex employer tells you to "bugger off", how do you plan on mounting a legal challenge across continents with your obviously limited means? I might suggest that about all you could afford is a letter of demand with a lawyers' letterhead (suggest it is from a lawyer with a US address, not a HK address) stating your case. Who knows, this may scare them into action - or it may not. But only do this AFTER talking to your ex-employer. Nothing is going to piss someone off more than a letter of demand from a lawyer that came out of the blue.
