Hi everybody,
Does anyone know if a nice outdoor wedding venue exist in Hong Kong for a small wedding of 50-100 people? Ideally, we would love to have our dogs attend the wedding as well.
Much appreciated!

Not sure how easy it would be to get the dogs here though. But if theres a will theres a way!

You can even marry in country parks since the regulation changes last year. (You cannot legally serve alcohol there, but the boys in blue might turn a blind eye to a discrete flute of vintage Bollinger.) We wanted to get married on Shek O peak at sunset - which you can now do - but we couldn't then as it was before the rule changes.

Great! Thanks for the suggestions!

Btw, if my country parks suggestion is of any interest, our wedding photographer said he often did pre- or post- wedding photos in the country parks ... so he could probably suggest some photogenic locations. (British educated, so language no prob.) Just to plug him, he and his make-up artist did a fantastic job, too ... my wife suddenly got terrible pimples (with the stress of the wedding?) just before the big day, but her skin looks flawless on the photos.

The boat is a great idea, but I'm not sure whether it would count as a HK territorial marriage. You could check with any civil celebrant, listed at

I'm interested in a country park wedding like what 2006 had suggested. Does anyone know where I can go to book our wedding at a country park? I've been googling with no luck :/
Thank you in advance for your help!
