Hi I live in Sai Kung is there a gym near by do not mind travelling to clearwater bay or Shatin but not cenrtral etc.
Or is it better to join a yacht club or golf club?
any help would be appreciated

Neither the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club in Sai Kung nor Hebe Haven Yacht Club has a gym. Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club probably does but it's extremely expensive. There are no gyms in Sai Kung or CWB as far as I know. I'm sure there are in Shatin.

I looked at the one opposite Pepperonis and I think it was $500 a month. It is literally 1 room only with very little equipment. I go to the government sports centre at Po Lam and it is fine. Not a great deal of equipment but certainly enough. You need to go through a process of making an appointment to go to a session on watching a dvd on safety, learning how to use equipment and then answering a multi choice test...very funny! Thanks so much for the info yes have checked the cym opposite Pepperonis not nice. Also not really into pilates and yoga more of the old style weight girl. But thanks will ring Po Lam.
