why not look at it yourself?

I am assuming that by "efficient" you actually mean "good" - because you probably don't want an "efficiently bad" lawyer? I think that "reasonably priced" and "good" and "lawyer" are words that don't belong in the same sentence - unless of course you want someone who can tell you what you can read with your own two eyes. Like everything in this world, "vw", you get what you pay for. If this shareholders agreement is really important, then pay for a good lawyer. If it is not important, then read it yourself. Most are pretty simple to understand.

No... I mean efficient, someone who is fast, cuts to the chase and gets the job done swiftly in a professional business manner. Not someone who takes forever, passes it on to an underling and then charges for hours and hours of work.

Anyway it has been sorted. So thanks for stating the obvious.
