Hi, we have a bed that sits on top of a window table. At nights however, it gets REALLY cold. My hubby is thinking of placing a wooden plank there to absorb the cold but it will look awful, I just know it. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do as an alternative?

you may want to ask around for thermal-lined curtains so it won't be chilly... i have seen them during my trip to nz but didnt have my window measurements....
