Hi Granire,
There are quite a few on Hiram's Highway not far beyond Pak Sha Wan. A road goes to the left with a metred carpark soon after the turn.(The second left after Pak Sha Wan). The nursery that we use is called KK (I think...!). It is just beyond the carpark on the left. The owner's son studied horticulture in the UK so no language problems and lots of advice on what to grow, where to grow and feeding your plants.

Yep, I'd go with dogmo2's recommendation.
KK Horticulture is probably the best around and the family who runs it is really friendly and informative. Once you've left Pak Sha Wan (you'll have passed the Sampan restaurant then Hebe Haven Yacht Club on your right) you'll see a temple up on your left, just after the slope. Carry on (for maybe half a kilometre - max) and turn left into Tai Chung Hau Road. You'll see KK.

Thanks Thames - I know how to get there but (as you obviously gathered) I am hopeless at street names.

P & F Gardens, Victoria Road, Pokfulam ... Midway between the traffic lights by the fire station and the traffic lights at Cyberport Road.

That's the fire station at the junction of Pokfulam Rd/Victoria road, not the fire station at the bottom of Bisney Road.
