For our wedding in mid-2005 the main flowers for the church were done by one of the shops at the flower market. They were delivered to the church at the appointed time and looked absolutely beautiful. The secondary decoration flowers for the church (to adorn pew-ends, railings etc) were simply purchased from the flower market in Haiphong Rd (TST, under the Kowloon Park Drive bridge) and we arranged them ourselves. The bridal bouquet and the corsages were done by another florist close to home for the sake of convenience. But certainly don't discount rhe flower market outlets on account of its 'market' tag. Go and visit them and check their catalogues.
