Rubbish removal

Help. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced way to have someone come to my home on HK Island to remove unwanted rubbish -- stationary bicycle, clothes drier, and other small pieces of unwanted furniture. The volume is not great, but the clothes drier would certainly require at least 2 persons. For the rest, it's pretty straight-forward and not very cumbersome.

Hi -- I also have some old chairs and a single wooden bed frame that would be considered rubbish. Does anyone know of a cheap removal service?

Thanks!
