Plenty of people read that section - there are number of replies to questions today alone and most have good participation - we will make an exception on your question as it is not asking for a recommendation...

Have you tried foodbyweb? They consolidate all the delivery services and their website allows you to seach per delivery area.

Also, ask your local restaurants - a lot might deliver if you call them, but not through a service.
