There's nothing you can legally do to stop the noise except between midnight and 6am, when the police can intervene if they are playing music etc (but not just screaming and laughing - or "showering"!). However, as it is a tiny flat in a Lantau village, it must also be very cheap. Therefore, why not just contact the owner and block book it for yourself for the duration of your lease? Then sublet it to someone (quiet) you know.
