How old are your children? My children joined last year. They had lots of fun last year joining YMCA Toystory day camp last year. They went to heritage museum (near Shatin). Depending on what you expect, lessons were taught by western teacher, they did some activities, crafts and games...not bad for the price.

Try Ark Eden Summer Eco Programmes. They are based in Lantau. Kids from my son's school went last year and the kids loved it. They have a website. You can google. I am not sure if they have a summer program this year. I'm just reading last year's brochure.
