I need to get something notarized ASAP. It's EXTREMELY urgent. Where can I do this? For a good price?

I got a photocopy of birth certificate notorized for free at a local district office (民政事務處) a few years back. Don't know if things have changed now. Please call and ask.

Most consulates will now be closed for the weekend, so go to the following site and check your district, then choose "Notary" in the drop down box for "Area of Practice":
