Has anyone tried letting your baby take two vaccinations at one time ? My gal is supposed to have her "Prevenar" 3rd jab at 1 year and her MMR jab (bet 1 to 2 years old). Not sure if I should let her have both jabs at one time. PD said it's ok but you know, as parents....

My son did chicken pox and MMR at the same time and totally no reaction at all.

My pediatrician did the Prevanar and MMR together, but advised the chickenpox to be 1 month after those two.

That's what we did. Everything went fine. Not even any sign of fever or crankiness.

My pedia was recommending to vaccine my boy 2 kinds of jabs at one shot but my mum strongly oppossed to it saying they could be 'too strong' for the kid's body to endure. I kinda agreed to it and see no harm in taking our time to vaccine our kid. (not that there is a deadline)

The MMR is 3 in 1 so your son would actually be getting 4 shots in one. I give him a break between them.
