Hello

Can anyone recommend a hairdressers in Taipei that does blonde highlights. I have the details from my hairdresser in the UK of the Wella colours used on my hair. Does anyone have any experience of hair colouring in Taipei? Do they do blonde higlights - or just bleach the hair? Any information would be much appreciated on hairdressers in Taipei who speak English and can do colours. Thank You
