Hi, Everyone!
I will be in Penang this coming week on business. I don't know anything about the town/island. I will have a bit of free time and might need to entertain a couple of customers.
Any advice about sights, restaurants, bars, etc would be greatly appreciated!

My favourites:-
1. Peranakan/Nyonya cuisine - a combination of Malay and Chinese influence which uses local spices. "Hot Wok Restaurant" in Tanjung Tokong area (next to Island Plaza)
2. North Indian cuisine - naan & tandoori chicken( marinated and cooked in clay ovens). Kashmir restaurant(Georgetown), Passage to India restaurant(Georgetown/Tanjung Tokong )
3. Hainanese Chicken rice - along the Chulia Street in Georgetown
Batu Ferringhi beach, Little India to roam at nite will be fun
