The out-patient area of the HK Central Hospital has good english speaking GPs if you don't want a specific Doctor. Waiting time s/b less than 30mins. It's on the 1st floor. It cost me $150 consult plus medication (after 8am b4 10pm). 1B Lower Albert Road, Central, Hong Kong
