Have heard the hype about Oolong tea also. In the states they are charging a fortune for it and marketing it as Wulong Tea.
Would like to know how much weight you have shifted after drinking Oolong. Have heard it is most beneficial to drink it after each meal.

Sounds good to me. I have got my group of friends to join in a little study of mine. We will each drink Oolong after lunch and dinner and share our findings after 3 weeks.

there is a shop, Lam Kie Yuen in sheung wan that sells organic taiwanese oolong.
there are many types of oolong tea and the price can range from $30 per catty to nearly $1000 per catty. It is just like wine. it depends on what you like.

Thanks for the advice on the caffiene but it takes more than a cuppa to keep me up at night. Am a hardened coffee drinker with a baby at home and still manage to snooze away come bedtime, lol.
Anyhoo, yesterday we invested in some primo Ooolong and a very nice teapot to make it in. Only 2 cups per person yesterday. Lovely cuppa and after a couple of sips you could actually see the test subjects relax. Magic.
Weighed myself this morning - lost 1lb. Quite amazing as I went out for a huge meal last night and drank like a fish (wine not Oolong). Could be the tea or not, too early to tell.
