Sounds like dio78 may have something to do with "Spa Beaute Par Zai" as she's been recommending people to try this place on different topics....
Amber Cole - the most effective way to lose weight is to do Cardio exercise and calculate how much calories u need a day so you can consume the right amount - personally I belive in none of the slimming treatments as they are just illusional - ask any doctors and they will tell you the same thing. All you need is just discipline and perhaps a bit of help on making sure you're working out correctly.
My baby is 5 months old and I have just started to work out to lose some weight (as I had C-section so I couldn't start working out too early and also a bit lazy!). I run 3 times a week and do yoga and body pump classes twice a week. U don't need to eat less, u just need to eat right.
Good luck and don't give up!

Hi Amber I have sent you a PM.

Amber,
I also had a baby 6 months ago and like you gained a lot of weight.
The first six weeks after birth I lost around 20lbs but after that my weight loss just plateaued. I had a C-section also but started going to the gym at 8 weeks post-partum. I was also back at work and coping with a small baby. In the end it was all too much for me and I got a chest infection.
I stopped going to the gym to give my body a rest and gain my energy back I also did a lot of walking and watched what I ate.
I am now 3lbs off my pre-pregnancey weight and feeling much fitter and healthier. I have also started going to the gym again as I have found that toning up makes me look much slimmer. I have lost about 10cm off my waist from doing a mix of cardio and weights. The trick is not to overdo it. I have found that by breaking my workouts into 30 min segments really helps. I usually do 30-40mins of weights and abs in the morning with my baby watching and 30mins cardio after work in the evening.
I have set another weight loss goal and am aiming to lose an additional 10lbs. The trick is to give yourself a realistic amount of time to lose the weight.
In the meantime, learn to lovge your body now. I know it's hard, I felt exactly the same as you but in the end I just had to let it go and concentrate on getting healthy and fit rather than obsessing about the weight. Trust me, it will get better.
