I am new to Hong Kong and only know a little bit about rugby HOWEVER I am hearing I have to see the Rugby Sevens. Can someone give me advice on how to best experience it? I see some classified adds on the trading post. What is a fair price for 2-4 tickets for friday or saturday? Are there any other resources to get tickets? And if can't get them, is there a sports bar scene worth checking out?

Lady W, then HKFC are not following the same rules that were given to all rugby clubs by the RFU for selling tickets to their members (i.e. max 2 adult tkts per member) - perhaps someone reading this at the RFU should ask HKFC to justify their policy on selling tickets...
Not that I care - I've got mine. Have fun at the Sevens ;-P
Pelayo - the touts are prob you're best bet at this late stage. The prices quoted above are typical of prev years - but this year seems to be different, as there are very few spare tkts around so the price might be higher.

Heh heh ... funny you should say that... my days of editing will be tapering off soon... once we re-launch (should be end April) we intend to bring on an expat in our Shanghai office who will be handling the 'chief editor' role here freeing me up to drink molson all day long...
