IDD calling cards - available in HK?

Just moved to a serviced apartment which is centrally managed and to make IDD calls, you need to go through an operator. I used 0060 and 1511 in the past but am not allowed to use them now. Does HK have any calling cards like in Australia and other places? I can't comprehend paying HK$5 a minute to call home plus I am often on late night conf calls with the US so paying such high rates would be crazy...

dont buy in pccw or 7/11 for callin cards they r expensive better buy callin cards in central world wide plaza the callin card is 45 dollar for kinda of 60 mins but m not sure the mins but cheaper.....

As nilu notes, WorldWide Plaza (above Central MTR) is the place to go. There are a dozen places promoting the cards in there.
