Can anyone recommend a reputable outlet to have permanent hair removal (either laser ir IPL) in Singapore? I am mostly interested in leg/ bikini and underarm.
What about electrolisis? Can anyone recommend a place in Singapore for this too?

You can try Strip or dermatology centres like Sloane Clinic, DRX.
