Does anyone have any good recommendations for good brunch buffets at hotels?
My family are coming over for Easter and the obvious sunday choice at the Intercontinental is fully booked!
It doesn't have to be on sunday but free flowing drinks would be great!

Not a hotel, but Cafe Deco is worth considering. It may not be everyone's favourite, but it's quite a relaxed affair, includes sparkling wine in the price and runs from around 11am to 2.30pm. We also have family here over Easter and look forward to taking them for a walk around the Peak followed by brunch at Cafe Deco. Our young children love it.

Ritz Carlton has one of the best Sunday brunch and yes, they serve champagne, not sparkling wine.
