HI - can anyone recommend a good car hire company in the UK? My folks are going to be there for about 5 months and want to know if any car hire companies do special long-term rates. They are going to be based in Surrey and want something fairly basic.

Once they are in UK, get a copy of the yellow pages for Surrey.

There are several small firms/garage that does it, aside from the giants.
