Hanoi or Ho Chi Min

Might have to do a stopover in Vietnam with 3 kids ( 7, 12, and 14 )not sure if we should go to Hanoi or Ho Chi Min. and what is there to see.

Any help would be appriciated. Thanks

Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) is more lively of the two, and is also cheaper to fly to from HK


The two older kids could look into the history of the city. The youngest might not enjoy it as much

Ha Noi has lots of museums. Ha Long Bay (day trip) and Sapa (a weekend) are trips worth doing if you have the time. Don't know much about HCMC having only spend a couple of days down there.
