Can anyone tell me where to buy Creme Eggs for Easter?

I am no longer connected to the expat housewife mafia and so have lost the intel.

Olivers has the packaged big plain chocolate egg with small creme egg but need them sold separately.

I was at Olivers on Saturday and they do sell the small creme eggs separately. They are also selling them with caramel in the centre as well as the original egg yolked ones.

I also saw a bag of small creme eggs at the Park and Shop on Robinson Road

Excellent intel happychick. They must have just arrived in.

I bought 10 but 7 got stolen by my staff as I walked in the door.

Shame that they are imports from the UK though, NZlawyergirl will be with me on the NZ and Australia Cadbury being SO much better than the Pommy stuff :)

Do you mean Cadbury Creme Eggs? Wellcome (Repulse Bay) has truckloads of them

chicki

Wash your mouth out. Nothing from M&S can compete with the Cadbury's. Even if they are of the UK imported variety.

I just knocked the remaining 3 off at my desk. Outstanding.

While there may be plenty mamadavid there won't be once news spreads.

Oz Cadbury better than UK Cadbury, the land where the fair choc was born?? NO WAY!

It must be a case of what you're used to. I lost lots of weight when we first moved here because I found the Australian made Cadbury's that you buy here virtually inedible (apparently they out some type of oil in it to prevent it from melting too easily or something). Unfortunately, since then our many houseguests have all come laden with the stuff that's made in Bournville and the pounds have piled back on.
