I entered HK on my British passport as this allowed me to stay for six months. I also have an NZ passport.

Does anyone know if it's possible to leave HK on the British passport but enter China on the NZ one ( and the reverse on return) ? I've been told the visa is much less expensive for NZ passport holders.

If you enter China by air (eg at Beijing or Shanghai) and check-in for the flight online, be careful to enter the right passport number into the online booking process.
