Dehumidifier. Spring in HK is always humid. Also, you can put super moisture absorbant sachets (you can find it supermarkets. Usually Japanese brands) in drawers or hang them in closets. Wrap favourite leather shoes or clothes in plastic bags and put super moisture absorbant sachet inside. At least you can prevent moisture from getting in.

Also, buy those dehumidifier boxes and put inside all your wardrobe and cabinets. I use a lot of them and buy from Price Rite and Japan Home

Electric "Damp Chasers" for the closet avail at Wing On really help for the stuff in a closet. I would really suggest you have someone come in, empty out dehumidifiers while you're gone. I spent thousands of dollars getting carpets and clothing cleaned and they still smelled moldy.
