Has anyone seen the toilet training system for cats, called 'Litter Kwitter' on sale in HK? Has anyone tried using it?

Advertised on http://www.litterkwitter.com and claims to be able to train your cat to use the loo instead of a cat litter tray. If it's true this would have an appeal for apartment living! If only they could teach it to flush!

My first thought is it's April Fool's Day but then I remembered that cat-in-the-camper scene from Meet The Fockers so it must be true!?
