Which lawyer?

I am employed by a firm that has just declined a business opportunity. I was partially involved in the deal and at no time encourged my employer to decline the deal.

I now want to pursue the deal myself privately.


Obviously I want to talk to a lawyer about this.


Can anyone suggest an appropriate law firm with experience in such matters?

The first step is to review your WRITTEN employment contract to see how or IF you are restricted in any way to take up the opportunity. Also a review of the company's rules and regulations and policies would be wise.



This should be your first step in discussions with a lawyer THEN the business opportunity dicsussion is in context.
