Hi,
We are spending a week in Hua Hin. Can anyone suggest any good reasonable restaurants? We don't want to be eating in the hotel all the time. Also anything good to visit around or excursions worth while?

Had sent PM for you to check out the various restaurants. From the list, I love Fuji (Japanese food), Buffalo Bill and Sasi (include Thai traditional show). Fuji is a chain and exceptionally good and cheap too.
Ask the hotel to check out whether the Klai Kangwon (Far From Worries) Palace is open to the public as it is the official holiday home to the royal family. It's worth a visit.
There's an amazing multi-tiered Pala U waterfall. Other than that, it's mostly beach and golf.
See whether you can catch strains of jazz on Friday late night/dawn as the King plays the saxaphone. I had not been lucky enough to hear it.
